Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. Registration is required. The class is free for Hope & Healing members and Church Health Center patients, and is $60 for others.

LEAP stands for Lifestyle EnhAncement Program. The program helps smokers quit and develop healthier lifestyles. LEAP is for smokers between 18-65 years of age. Participants of the program get an effective stop-smoking program, 6 weeks of free nicotine patches, and either a physical activity or wellness program. Call 678-1710 for more information.
